Annual Dinner Party

I was asked to photograph the table scape for an annual dinner party over the weekend. It was both elegant and shabby chic.

The place settings were so beautiful!

This is my fav of the day. It looks so tranquil and serene.
I love the simplicity.

Trouble scrolling?

I've gotten feedback that some of you are experiencing problems scrolling down on a couple pages of my photography site. I've contacted the website host and they are currently working on resolving the issue. Since we're entering the weekend, it probably won't be fixed until Monday. I'll post an update as soon as I hear back from them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Have a fantastic weekend!

Jennifer

Avoiding the inevitable...

Okay, so I've been 100% avoiding cleaning my house. It's a complete disaster around here! In shambles!! With a newborn and a 3 year old it gets a little hectic to say the least. Whenever I do have some down time, cleaning never makes it on my list. Photography is definitely a good way to avoid all the other duties in life. I guess that is why I love my job so much! However, I know I've been avoiding the inevitable. I finally broke down this afternoon and picked up the place. I still have a ways to go, but at least it's not a fire hazard anymore. ;)

Sainara Little Sis!

A very dear and close friend of mine is moving to Okinawa, Japan tomorrow. I've known her since she was born and she's like a little sister to me. Brittany will be joining her fiance Steven, who is in the Air Force. He's stationed in Japan for the next three years. I know she has a lot of exciting adventures ahead of her, but selfishly I wish she wasn't moving so far away. I know we'll keep in touch and she'll send me some really fabulous photos of the beautiful landscapes there. Good luck, Britt! You are really going to be missed, especially by me! I love you, hon!! P.S. - Be sure to have lots of sushi for me!

W
elcome!! I'm so excited to announce the launch of my new website: http://www.jenniferweissphotography.com

After months of having my portfolio displayed on MySpace, I finally got my act (and enough funds) together to create an official website for my photography business. I can't be too hard on myself though. It was just three months ago today that my little Ellery Jane was born. So I've been a little busy with the newest addition.

From the site you can access my blog, view galleries, purchase images, and find detailed information about my photography. Please check out my new home and let me know what you think. You can also contact me directly from the site.

I'm planning to post updates and specials about Jennifer Weiss Photography on this blog, so be sure to check back from time to time. Let the blogging begin!

Cheers,
Jennifer
